Meredith Oliver Chosen Subject Matter Expert

For New NAHB Education Course

Orlando, FL - Jan. '09 - The National Association of Homebuilders has selected Meredith Oliver as one of an elite group of industry subject matter experts to contribute to an education course in development.

The Marketing to Active Adults course is scheduled to launch 2010. It will be a component of the Certified Active Adult Housing Specialist (CAASH) designation.

Meredith is responsible for writing the Internet sales and marketing strategies section of the course and submitting that to an NAHB Instructional Designer. The Instruction Designer will combine the subject matter experts' content into one cohesive and sound educational course.

Oliver (www.creatingwow.com) has been WOWing audiences for more than10 years. She works with sales and marketing professionals, primarily in the real estate industry, and has been a speaker at many industry summits, symposiums and industry trade shows. She holds the designation of a Master Certified Sales Professional (MCSP) by the National Assoc. of Home Builders, and MIRM, (Member of Institute of Residential Marketing).
